[ATTN] SVN moved!!!
Folks,
I have copied HttpCore, HttpClient and project folders
from /jakarta/httpcomponents/ to their new location
under /httpcomponents/
Please hence on use the new project location to commit changes and
consider the old location read-only
https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/httpcomponents/
You can use svn switch command to re-point your local SVN snapshot to a
new location:
cd <MY_HTTPCORE_HOME>
svn sw https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/httpcomponents/httpcore/trunk
I am currently in the process of updating the project's web site source,
but it should be perfectly okay to start committing changes to java
code, test cases, poms, etc.

Let's discuss our options when the dust settles a little. At the moment
my personal priority is to get rid of redundant SVN and web content.

I've been using the project-trunk, are you going to re-create that too?

I've been looking a bit into website generation of Apache, Jakarta
and Slide since yesterday. So far, Jakarta is my preferred option.
I will wait until you're through with your changes before digging
any deeper, though.
cheers,
