   @vinothchandar `TestHiveSyncTool` was passing in Azure before as that's the only class using `HiveTestUtil`. It fails now and I noticed`TestHiveMetastoreBasedLockProvider` was recently added. I'm not sure how exactly the tests are executed in parallel there but the way `HiveTestUtil` and its static vars are used is problematic anyway. Verified moving 1 class out to functional works in [this build](https://dev.azure.com/apache-hudi-ci-org/apache-hudi-ci/_build/results?buildId=172&view=results). Planning to make the next PR for moving `TestHiveSyncTool` to functional and deprecate `HiveTestUtil`.
