Culling Maven Verifier Plugin

The old versions will still be around, it's just a question of maintenance. I don't think it's been changed in years or will be changed.
I'm +1 to retire it.
Perhaps someone would like to volunteer to fold some of the different capabilities together into one plugin...

Yes. It's handly for verifying templated run scripts or stuff like that.
