How to show the exact IPs/ports that the CouchDB process binds on?

Hello CouchDB users
Currently I have difficulties loading the admin interface
http://binarykitchen.no.de:5984/_utils/index.html for my website. I
guess the port number 5984 and the IP address the CouchDB listens to
aren't configured properly in the file /opt/local/etc/couchdb/local.ini
Therefore I'd like to find out to which IPs/ports the CouchDB process
binds on. What are the commands to find this out?

Thanks Jens.
But unfortunately I don't have the sudo permissions on the Joyent's
Smart Machine (no.de)
Are there any other commands than sudo to get that information?

CouchDB writes this information to a file called 'couch.uri'
specifically for service discovery.

Using the command "sudo netstat -nlp" you can see which ports and
interfaces your listening programs are bound to. CouchDB will show up
as the program "beam".
