Center a table

How do I center an entire table horizontally on a page?

 <fo:table>
      <fo:table-column/>
      <fo:table-body>
        <fo:table-row>
          <fo:table-cell>
            <fo:block>
              hello
            </fo:block>
          </fo:table-cell>
	  </fo:table-row>
	</fo:table-body>
  </fo:table>

(actually that link is to centering *vertically* but *horizontally* is
directly below)
