Hi,

The 17th 30 minute working meeting of the Community Health Initiative (CHI) for Eastern time zone.

        *   Thomas Cooper<https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/~tomncooper> merged PR to change the stale bot numbers to the Apache standard
        *   David Radley<https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/~davidrad> raised Flip-518<https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/x/_wuWF> for the community review process agreed in this meeting. No responses from the community.
        *   Linting on PRs Jira has not had any responses from committers. <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-37534> [cid:image001.png@01DB9F0B.09F41790] <https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/FLINK-37534> FLINK-37534 - Add Liniting checks to all PRs. it would be good to give more immediate feedback on PRs that fail linting.
        *   We talked about gathering evidence on how the current process is working with the idea to be able to recommend actions to improve the technical debt.

Straight forward PRs to merge from this week.
