Suppress PyCharm Inspection warning

I get an inspection warning in PyCharm "if a protected member is accessed outside the class where it's defined or in a module."  I import TopicPartition in order to be able to create TopicPartition objects for assignment to the consumer.

The following change in __init__ in the kafka directory remedies this situation.[cid:image001.png@01D5F4A0.4B3DBE60]
