Reading record from multiple table and writing in a plain text format with predefined template

Hi

Following is the requirement for  data extraction and writing into a file .

How to  read multiple table using custom sql and write the data  to a file
using colon and pipe  separator based on field and its sub field values

Sample of output format given below :

PartyID|PartyType|AddressLine1!!PostalCode!!Country::AddressLine1!!PostalCode!!Country::AddressLine1!!PostalCode!!Country|Phone
Number::Phone Number|Email ID::Email ID::Email ID
