We also need to consider about the src directory structure. I would suggest to separate them by package as below :

Hyunsik Choi commented on HAMA-192:
-----------------------------------

As we discussed early, it would be good that the packages are divided into three sub packages, which are matrix, graph, and bsp.

They will be as follows:

org.apache.hama.bsp
org.apache.hama.matrix
org.apache.hama.graph
org.apache.hama.examples

Hyunsik Choi commented on HAMA-192:
-----------------------------------

That's good! This layout of directory structure is similar to those of Hadoop consisting of hdfs, mapreduce, core, and so on.

Probably, directories are as follows:

src/examples/org/apache...
src/bsp/org/apache...
src/matrix/org/apache...

But, how do we name the directory of new graph package?

src/graph/org/apache...
or
src/angrapa/org/apache...

Which one is better?
