Resouce lookup exception message is not available in react UI

Steps to reproduce :
1. While creating policy enter any resouce name which is not available 

Actual : We are not getting any expception message  related to these resouce while resouce lookup 

Expected : Like Old ui user should get these expection message for resource lookup
