Release Camel 4.18.2 and 4.14.6
Hello,
I think it's time to release also a 4.18.2 and 4.14.6, we have a lot of
fixes and backport and maybe it's a good time to release, after 4.19.0
Gregor, are you able to help on this in the next weeks?
I could also help on releasing 4.14.6 if you want, I'd be happy to be a
second release manager.

We should get patch releases out as well. I think the 4.14.x branch is more
ready than 4.18.x.

Yeah patch release is important to get released.
If there is some problems with 4.19.0, then we can also do the patch
releases first.
