Oh, I see what I did.  I accidently used XMLSpy to edit the thing and it
changed all of the indentation.  The file still works fine.

However, I don't like the huge diff.  Scott, or someone,

is it possible to do a

 cvs admin -o 1.25 build.xml

This is in the java directory.  That will back out the huge diff and I
can make my simple change.
