OmTool (sorry, previous message sent with wrong subject)

Looking at the source for o.a.t.om.OmTool, it seems to me that the most important
initialization (that of the object factory) has been commented out.

Is it some sort of pre-deprecation :-)  (I mean, I doubt it can work in its current form)
