Apache ODE on Tomcat 7 with Bitronix Transaction Manager

Hi Guys,

With onset of the release of ODE-1.3.6, there is a change in usage of
External datasource configuration for ODE with tomcat.

An external transaction manager of your choice needs to be configured for
tomcat.

I don't endorse any specific TM. The intent is to get the sever up and
running.
