Note:
Do _not_ make the second change I had suggested. There appears to be no
reasonable workaround for the warning. If you drop the ordinal, registration
fails in release mode (even though it works in debug mode). If you drop
PRIVATE, an error issues forth indicating that they must be private. Leave
the .def file alone and live with the warning.
The second change does appear to work in all cases.
