The vote has passed with the following result:

* +1 votes from Christian Schneider, Karl Pauls (binding), Andrei 
Dulvac, Raymond Augé (binding), Jean-Baptiste Onofré (binding), Bertrand 
Delacretaz
* No other votes.

I will promote the artifacts to the central Maven repository. I think 
this would probably be good enough for testing this pre-release, but if 
wanted/necessary, a PMC member should also copy this release to the 
Felix dist directory.
