removed gump descriptor for forrestdoc

A while ago Gump started complaining about missing Logger classes.
I fixed that a few days ago by tweaking the Gump descriptor to depend 
on logging-log4j-12. Then Gump moved on to the next error about
a missing build directory, perhaps a result of recent tweaking
of the forrestdoc build while Gump was stuck on the previous issue.

Anyway, the "forrestdoc" code has now moved to Maven,
so i removed this entry from our Gump descriptor at r575120.
