Currently, onlineConfigNodes is maintained by NodeInfo, but NodeInfo should only be used to maintain TConfigNodeLocation(static) that has been added to the cluster. The real-time ConfigNodeStatus(dynamic) should be maintained by LoadManager through cluster heartbeat.
