eventmesh-runtime/src/main/java/org/apache/eventmesh/runtime/admin/utils/HttpExchangeUtils.java
analysis and explanation:
resource of type java.io.InputStreamReader acquired to isr by call to new() at line 31 is not released after line 42.
### Describe the solution you'd like
use try-with-resources to manage resources.
