It's a problem about document

Hello:
    I’m reading the document of HDFS in http://hadoop.apache.org/docs.
    I find there is a different  expression between the document of r3.2.1 and r3.2.2. 
    It’s about the architecture of HDFS.
    In r3.2.1,the document describes that 'it does reduce the aggregate network bandwidth used when reading data since a block is placed in only two unique racks rather than three’.
    But in r3.2.2, the document describes that 'it does not…(There are pictures below)
    Is it mistake in r3.2.2?

The document is fixed in Hadoop 3.2.2. When 'reading' the data, the aggregate network bandwidth is not reduced.
