[I] EPIC - SceSim support on KIE Sandbox [incubator-kie-tools]

   With the new React-based SceSim Editor [1] around the corner, we can start thinking about the support of `.scesim` files on KIE Sandbox. Since we debuted DMN Runner and its Table mode, a lot of people noticed the similarity with SceSim, and often times request SceSim files to be supported by KIE Sandbox.
   
   This is not a small task, and requires a lot of planning and discussions, as SceSim has some fundamental differences when compared to the DMN Runner Table. We can start the discussions here on this task, and plan accordingly, with prototypes and important questions that have to be answered before we start doing something.
