I would like to start working on this issue. I am going to take some time to get my head around streams codebase if that's fine.

In fact, we have already done this for session windows, where in {{SessionWindowedKStreamImpl}} we use {{reduceInitializer}}, {{aggregatorForReducer}} and {{mergerForAggregator}} to replace reducer with aggregator.
