Hi, 

If you're still having this difficulty, could you please post the velocity 
properties used in the system where the error occurred?  Could this possibly 
be due to an invalid "xxxx.resource.loader.cache" property in your 
velocity.properties?  If possible, please attach the file with "Create a new 
attachment".  If you've fixed the problem, would you mind updating this bug 
with a note?  Sorry for the length of time that's passed since your report.
