Build Properties Not Recognised

When i try to build a WAR file at the Jetspeed_Home/jetspeed command pro
mpt using 'build war' the settings in the build.properties file are igno
red, resulting in a default jetspeed installation.

If I try to use ant, even though it has worked in the past, the build fa
ils.

What might I be doing wrong?
