Need to add tests for the components that can be tested locally, without establishing connection to a node. Here is the list of such a components:
1. Configuration.
2. ConnectionInfo.
3. Parser.
5. ApplicationDataBuffer.
4. Row.
6. Cursor.
7. Utility.
