[jira] [Resolved] (CRUNCH-149) Remove unnecessary "throws IOException" on CrunchTool's constructor

Gabriel Reid resolved CRUNCH-149.
---------------------------------

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: 0.5.0
Assignee: Gabriel Reid (was: Josh Wills)

Pushed to master.

Thanks for this Dave! I thought we'd gotten rid of all of those unnecessary throws clauses, but apparently there are (or at least were) still some lurking around.

> CrunchTool's no-arg constructor throws IOException but doesn't seem to need to. Can we remove this? At the moment it forces subclasses to have an explicit constructor even if you just want to use the implicit one.
