    [SPARK-54180][SQL] Override the toString of BinaryFileFormat
    
    ### What changes were proposed in this pull request?
    
    Overrides the toString of BinaryFileFormat, making it similar to other file formats like Json and CSV. Not much impact other than making it prettier in the query plan.
    
    ### Why are the changes needed?
    
    Consistency
    
    ### How was this patch tested?
    
    It's a vanity thing, doesn't need much testing
    
    ### Was this patch authored or co-authored using generative AI tooling?
