Tried to apply this patch on a fresh copy of 2.2.1 sources, no success on patch the first file ivy/ivy.xml by giving the following output:

Patching file ivy/ivy.xml using Plan A...
Hunk #1 failed at 32.
1 out of 1 hunks failed--saving rejects to ivy/ivy.xml.rej

Any hints?
