Web site updated..

Hi all,
I updated the Kandula web site... It'll take some more time to appear (IIRC
apache updates the site once in 6 hours.)...
Please have a look and comment on it..
Also I did some updates to kandula2 code base to support sync and async both
when it come to  activation and registration operations.
Will try to put up a user guide to Kandula2 soon..
