checking on another ticket to work

Chris/Accumulo devs,
I think I am pretty close with my current ticket (Keith may disagree :-)) but I can keep up with any additional feedback on that one, so I would like to start another.  I thought this one would be good unless you have something else you would like addressed first (still in the newbie category for now)

PS - I switched to a non-work email to avoid the disclaimer message.

Yes. It was one of the ones I closed recently. I don't think it's
worth working on, for the reasons stated in the issue. But, if anybody
thinks it is would worth doing, they're welcome to create a pull
request with a proposed change.

I think Christopher closed that - the monitor is not expected to be a replacement for Prometheus / Graphina - but other's opinions may differ.
