   The current domain of metadata and schema of ShardingSphere is bit messy.
   It is better to redesign the domain domain as rule, resource and schema.
   
   Rule is the package which manage collection of ShardingSphere rules and rule configurations;
   Resource is the package which manage data source map and related metadata;
   Schema is the package which manage table and column structure aggregated with concentrate rules.
