A minor edit was done to the Windows User Guide

Hi all,

I did a small modification to the Windows User Guide.

In the How to use the WSDL2WS tool on the command line heading, the
following sentence,

Copy the file wsdl2ws.jar from AXIS_EXTRACT\bin to WSDL2WS_FOLDER

Was changed by the following

Copy the file wsdl2ws.jar from AXIS_EXTRACT\lib\axis to WSDL2WS_FOLDER
