Building COM wrappers fails because of missing include (22 septem ber build)

Greetings.

I have a failure on building the com wrappers in the 22 September snapshot
(Win32, VC6 SP3).
The build complains about undefined chAmpersand and siblings.

The line:
//File XMLDOMUtil.cpp
#include <util/XMLUniDefs.hpp>

fixes the snafu.
