I am using OOO330M20 build 9567 and I see the same problem except,  my default 
is coming out PCT.   I keep changing it to PNG,  but every subsequent export
comes out as PCT.   I am using windows 7. 

I would like to set this default to PNG. 

I did not see this problem 3.1.1.
