Thanks, for contributing, here is my review:

- Please rename the classes so they contain the name of the data set, e.g. EvalitNameSampleStream (or similar).
- Update the javadoc, in one of the classes it speaks still about the conll data
- We need a test with a short sample of the data, so we can ensure the parser does after some one modified the code in the future
- And if possible please provide us with a patch file
