With the work being done in SPARK-18085, StorageStatus is not used anymore by the UI. It's still used in a couple of other places, though:

- {{SparkContext.getExecutorStorageStatus}}
- {{BlockManagerSource}} (a metrics source)

Both could be changed to use the REST API types; the first one could be replaced with a new method in {{SparkStatusTracker}}, which I also think is a better place for it anyway.
