*org.apache.ignite.internal.hlc.ClockWaiter#busyLock* needs to be removed as it can cause contention and is no longer needed since the *IgniteStripedReadWriteLock* was added in *org.apache.ignite.internal.util.PendingComparableValuesTracker#busyLock*.
