where are the archives?

What is the URL for the soap-dev mailing list archives?  I go to
http://xml-archive.webweaving.org/ (which is the link off the apache mailing
list web page), and it says it is having problems.  It advises trying
http://archive.covalent.net/, but this link is broken also.

I added linkes to the "Aimsgroup" archives of the Apache SOAP Mailing Lists
page:

http://xml.apache.org/soap/mail

and they seem to work well.
