This patch will make maven-eclipse-plugin check the projects in the reactor
when it adds dependencies to the generated .classpath file.
If one of the projects in the reactor produces that exact artifact (groupId/artifactId/version checking),
a reference to the project itself is included, not a reference to M2_REPO/group/artifact/version/.....
This was stated as a TODO in the plugin.
