[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-6484?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13700099#comment-13700099 ]
Henk Penning commented on INFRA-6484:
-------------------------------------
Hi Rob,
thanks for your support ; your mirror will be added
to the list in an hour or so.
Since a refresh of the GeoIP database, your IP (v4)
now maps to .nl ; so rsync.apache.org should
resolve to rsync.eu.apache.org for you.
The logs show that most connections come from
2a02:2770:5:0:21a:4aff:fe05:f039
Regards,
Henk Penning

> - URL of mirror: http://apache.mirrors.hostinginnederland.nl
> - Country where the mirror is located: Netherlands
> - Contact email address: rob@hostinginnederland.nl
> - Update frequency: Twice daily
> - Rsync repository used: apache-dist-most
> - I use these rsync options: -avz --delete --safe-links
> - I have configured my Apache HTTP server as requested: yes
> - I have subscribed the contact address to mirrors@apache.org: yes
> - At the moment, I rsync from the IP address: 37.252.120.99 / 2a02:2770:5:0:21a:4aff:fe05:f039
> I've had to use rsync.eu.apache.org directly rather than rsync.apache.org because DNS was not forwarding me correctly.
