Ode JBI component changes

FYI, it seems the latest changes on the JBI component
(using sendSync mainly) caused some problems
on some of my configurations that used to work.
I will try to investigate the problem further and report
to this list...

Yes, I've been looking into this since Manu reported an issue on Monday.  I
think it's due to the reuse of persistent objects (in this case the Ode
message exchange) across transactions.   I realized only yesterday that I
had tested my changes only with in-memory processes.

I'll commit a fix shortly.
