'docker-integration' GIT branch created

Hi All,

I've created a new branch called docker-integration. Please use that branch
to carry out all the docker related work.

Hi,

Thanks Nirmal. I've pushed the initial Kubernetes model in Stratos to
the docker-integration branch.
