[jira] [Created] (YUNIKORN-2334) Application state chart

Dong-Lin Hsieh created YUNIKORN-2334:
----------------------------------------

             Summary: Application state chart
                 Key: YUNIKORN-2334
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YUNIKORN-2334
             Project: Apache YuniKorn
          Issue Type: New Feature
            Reporter: Dong-Lin Hsieh
            Assignee: Dong-Lin Hsieh

Add a new application state chart in the "WebUI Application" tab.

X-axis: Datetime
Y-axis: Application State (running, pending, allocated, scheduling...)

There are three benefits to having this application state chart:
 # It is easier to track the application state over time.
 # It simplifies debugging, as we can distinguish between the actual state and the expected state of an application.
 # We can readily identify applications that are experiencing starvation (repeated preemption).
