Insert a picture in a table and anchor it "As character" (bigger than current
row height so that it enlarges the row height).
If you resize it to make it smaller, the table row is not automatically sized
down. The only workaround is to save the file and reopen (or save and
File>Reload).
This is a regression, it used to work fine with previous versions.
Tested with AOO 3.4.0 on Windows XP and Ubuntu 12.04.

(e) Latest confirmation for AOO 4.1.0-dev, but because of incomplete LCo
selector

Some Additional info:
(a) With attached sample you can see that the effect also is visible with the
most top picture (Bug 123423)
(b) Still Reproducible with "AOO 4.1.0-Dev – English UI / German locale -
[AOO410m1(Build:9750) - Rev. 1525917 - 2013-09-25]" on German WIN7 Home
Premium (64bit)", own separate user profile.
(c) Not reproducible with picture in second table, expectedly due to
(Bug 123423)
