menu doesnot working

hi folks,
i have got a problem in struts, i have used
<putlist></putlist> for a simple tree menu design
and defined the
<tiles:importAttribute />
but the output doesnot come instead it throws the expection like
[ServletException in:/Rendering/sampleNavigation.jsp] Cannot find 
bean sampleNavigation in any scope' 

could you pls gimme a solution for this.
