Little case-mismatch issue in ExampleXML2PDF

There seems to be a small issue with ExampleXML2PDF. It looks for 
stylesheet projectteam2FO.xsl, but the file is named projectteam2fo.xsl in 
the repository. That fails on case-sensitive file systems.

Patch attached.

Done. Thank you for spotting this. The same problem existed in two other
classes.
