Fixed in -r563030.

Added the ff. fields in repo configuration and in repository page:
- days older (remove snapshots older than the specified number of days)
- retenttion count (number of snapshots to be retained during repo purge)
- delete released snapshots (enable or disable delete of released snapshots during repo purge)
