help with axis and weblogic8.1

Hi,

1. what is this URL doing in java org.apache.axis.client.AdminClient
-lhttp://localhost:8080/axis/services/AdminService deploy.wsdd 

2. i want to automate this deployment process through ANT in weblogic 8.1
sp5
