diagnostic.boot and jaas.boot missing in Karaf 4.0.1 system folder
When installing Karaf 4.0.1 without network connection,
org.apache.karaf.diagnostic.boot and org.apache.karaf.jaas.boot cannot be
found. When creating a custom distribution with the karaf maven plugin,
including jaas and diagnostic as boot features, these two bundles are also
not included to the Karaf default repo (system folder).
Is there a reason for that which I cannot see, or just a bug?

Hi Jochen,
yes, it's a known issue due to a refactoring on the builder (and
inclusion of resources). I already have a Jira about that: it will be
fixed for 4.0.2.
