Comparing the contents of:
http://repository.apache.org/content/groups/snapshots-group/org/apache/aries/versioning/org.apache.aries.versioning.plugin/0.2.0-SNAPSHOT/
with:
http://repository.apache.org/content/groups/snapshots-group/org/apache/aries/versioning/org.apache.aries.versioning.plugin/0.2.1-SNAPSHOT/
I see the former contains no jar files (unlike the latter), which, I suppose, is why the build is failing.
